Messenger'da Potansiyel Müşteri Toplama – Webview İşlevi

Bu StartMsg chat marketing platform lets you open a special “webview” window inside the Messenger app, where you can display web pages for collecting leads in Messenger. This makes it possible to offer features and interactive forms that text or messages alone could not deliver, such as choosing products, reserving spots or picking a preferred date.

WEBVIEW CONTROL PANEL

To access the webview windows you have created, go to Messenger Bot manager > Webview menu. There you will find a list of all the webview forms already created:

• 🔍 Preview – lets you see how the form looks and copy the webview link.
• 📊 Reports – lets you view the form analytics and the submitted data.
• 📁 Export – lets you download all submitted form data in CSV format.
• ✏️ Edit – lets you change an existing form as needed.
• 🗑️ Delete – removes the webview form.

CREATING A WEBVIEW FORM – Collecting Leads in Messenger

To create a new webview form, click “Create new form“. This process uses a drag-and-drop builder, where it is easy to set the form name, heading, page and other parameters such as labels and the reply template. Once a form is submitted, users are assigned the chosen labels and automatically receive a reply in their Messenger inbox.

USING A WEBVIEW FORM

To use a webview form you have created for collecting leads in Messenger, click view form and copy the browser URL. You can then add this link in your Messenger Bot manager settings by selecting webview as the button type.

SETTING UP THE FORM IN A CHAT FLOW

• Go to the flow builder and select “Create a new chat by keyword” or open an existing chat.
• In this example we use the “Get Started Template” – as you can see in the image, this is an already fully prepared chat.

• We add the webview form we created to the “Request” düğmesine basın.

When a user clicks “Request” or another button you choose, the webview opens inside the Messenger app. The user can then easily fill in the form, and after submitting the data they see a message confirming the request was received successfully.

REPORTS

In the Webview control panel, click the eye icon to view the report; you will also receive the information by email. The data here is organized per individual user.
