The StartMsg founders come from Kupiškis, a small town in Lithuania, with a decade of experience in e-commerce. Living and working in a small town, we experienced first-hand the challenges businesses face when selling or offering services locally is extremely difficult. The limits of a small-town market pushed us to find ways to sell products and services beyond our borders, whether by investing in expensive ads in big cities or even by creating entirely new e-commerce opportunities. StartMsg was built as an answer to these challenges. We know how much time, effort and resources it takes to build effective marketing solutions, especially for a new entrepreneur or a small business that cannot afford large investments in development and e-commerce. With that in mind, we created a platform that not only makes it possible to sell products, but also helps every small and medium business automate customer service and chats, and collect, segment and use information to follow up with customers.
